It started with a love of good pizza and the idea of taking it wherever people were gathering.
The trailer lets us fire up wherever people are gathering, from local pop-ups to weddings and celebrations across Dumfries & Galloway.
Wherever we set up, the approach stays simple: make it fresh and serve pizza we’re proud of.

GOOD PIZZA DOESN’T

At Neapolitan-style oven temperatures, a pizza can cook in roughly 60–90 seconds. The intense heat quickly puffs the dough and creates those lightly charred spots while keeping the centre soft.
